Cowl Side Trim for Jeep Compass 2017-2019
- Each side trim has a broad curved face with stepped levels.
- Narrow slots interrupt the upper edge.
- The tapered outer ends and lower returns are handed shapes.
Description
Slotted Upper Edge and Stepped Curved Face
The cowl side trim pieces have curved faces that change level toward their lower returns. Several narrow slots interrupt the upper edge, while the outer tips taper to a narrower profile. The two orientations show how the handed pieces differ in direction.
Compare the slots, curved return and end junction with the original trim on the required side. Each side has its own reference numbers. The photograph does not confirm a supplied pair, seals or the adjoining centre cowl panel.
Application and Reference
Application: Jeep Compass 2017-2019. OE reference: 53223829/7AA47RXFAA LH / 53223828/7AA46RXFAA RH.
What should be compared where the side trim meets the centre?
Check the end overlap and level changes from an angle. A top view alone may hide the lower return that must line up with the neighbouring panel.
